Northeast Indiana Innovation Center

The Northeast Indiana Innovation Center houses and operates a 40,403 sq. ft. business incubation and acceleration facility on a 55-acre Innovation Park campus adjacent to the IPFW campus and the Ivy Tech north campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Salin Bank

New 10,000 square foot bank building located in the historic area of downtown Fort Wayne.

Carroll High School

This project included a major renovation of the entire high school. We added a boiler room, hot water and chilled water systems throughout the building.

Handley Elementary

A. Hattersley & Sons, Inc. was hired as the general contractor on the HVAC renovation for the Laporte Community School Corporation.

Monroe Primary School

This project in South Bend, IN was completed in 18 months and was a total HVAC and plumbing renovation.
